Bonair Misurina is an entrepreneurial project by Chiara Bonel that aims to bottle and distribute 100 percent pure air from the Dolomites, particularly from Lake Misurina, famous for having a perfect ecosystem at 1800 meters above sea level, with air and water of rare purity. The air is compressed on site and bottled in special inhalers to reproduce the pristine environment of this mountain paradise. The project is entirely "Made in Italy," aims to enhance natural elements into saleable products and subsequently led to the creation of Bonel Botanicals,Bonair Misurina's cosmetic line.
The design challenge conceived by the Upskill 4.0 team with Chiara Bonel is to give a second life to the iconic Aria di Misurina product through a new commercial and communication strategy aimed at a mainly B2B market through collaborations with the hôtellerie world. The goal is to communicate the fragrance and benefits of the air of the Dolomites through online and in-presence experiential formats, expanding its target audience to hotels in the area to reposition and strengthen the air product within the market.
Students from theITS Academy Turismo Veneto, led by Michele Tagliavini, designed three new packages designed to bring a touch of the Dolomites to hotels and homes around the world. They also envisioned a daily presence on Instagram, the Daily Chiara, where the founder herself can explain brand values and product qualities, as well as teach good breathing practices.
This project is part of the "Upskill" project by Fondazione Cariverona and Upskill 4.0, with UniCredit as a partner. The main objective of the initiative is to develop innovation projects by enhancing territories and businesses in the provinces of Verona, Vicenza, Mantua, Ancona and Belluno through the involvement of young ITS students.
