Territories and younger generations
Strategies and best practices for a future fit for Gen Z and Millennials
For one in two young people, the future is not in Italy. The Futuro Qui! research, promoted by Fondazione Cariverona and conducted by Upskill 4.0, shows that work, housing, mobility and public services are decisive in the choice to stay. Retaining new generations requires structural and concrete interventions that can make the area an opportunity.
