The first five months of Artigiani 4.0 have woven together the stories, visions and ideas of eleven Lombard companies committed to building the future of Made in Lombardy. Through company visits, structured workshops and moments of discussion, the entrepreneurs with the support of Upskill 4.0 mapped out their design challenges.

Each challenge is concrete and ambitious and aims to transform Made in Lombardy into a global symbol of innovation, technology and quality.
Among the many challenges that have emerged, some constants stand out, such as enhancing corporate heritage and designing immersive experiences that can unite the physical and digital worlds.

At the meeting to present the challenges held in LOM, Councillor Barbara Mazzali renewed the Lombardy Region's support for the project, reiterating the importance of strengthening the attractiveness of an area with a long tradition of craft and business excellence. Her presence underscored the value of constructive dialogue between companies and institutions to promote an innovative and resilient regional economy.
The central idea of Artigiani 4.0 is precisely this: to evolve Made in Lombardy in a 4.0 key, combining traditional craft techniques with the most advanced digital technologies. A transformation that aims to consolidate the quality and uniqueness of Lombard products, making them even more competitive on a global scale.

So far, it has been a richly stimulating journey in which each participant has been able to explore new tools and approaches to grow his or her business.
The real beating heart of the project was definitely the discussion. Artigiani 4.0 created a unique network of relationships, where dialogue and sharing enriched every business challenge. From workshops to working tables, every moment was an opportunity to grow together and imagine the future of Made in Lombardy.
For us at Upskill 4.0, providing tools, nurturing ambitions and seeing a united and innovative community grow is the greatest success of Artisans 4.0.
This first chapter is just the beginning. The ideas germinated in these five months will continue to grow, turning challenges into new opportunities for the companies involved, as a new phase, the actual phase of project development, begins.
