The Fondazione Sviluppo e Crescita CRT together with Upskill 4.0 and Unicredit, with the project "Upskill Piemonte - The revitalization of the territory through ITS and businesses," support businesses in the tourism and agribusiness sector in a process of innovation through the involvement of young people from Higher Technical Institutes.
Through the Piedmont Upskill project, it will be possible for target companies to activate a path of strategic, organizational and digital acceleration by intersecting their needs with the technical skills of a team of ITS students. In this way it will be possible to help counter the skill mismatch phenomenon that does not allow hundreds of thousands of young technicians that Italian companies would need to enter the workforce.
The call pays special attention to the enhancement of the following areas:
1. Tourism and Hospitality through the promotion of a supply system focused on environmental, social and economic sustainability, with special attention to the enhancement of the territory.
2. Agribusiness to foster a new proposal capable of combining production qualities and digital technologies that further enhance Piedmontese excellence in the sector.
Thanks to the support of the Upskill 4.0 team of professionals and researchers, recipients selected by the Fondazione Sviluppo e Crescita CRT will have the opportunity to propose an innovative challenge (product innovation, process innovation, business model transformation) and have a dedicated work team at their disposal, with the goal of developing a prototype solution to the design challenge.
Interested companies should fill out the expression of interest form, telling about the challenge they want to propose to young students, by July 18, 2022.
