TheITS for Information and Communication Technologies of Turin has chosen Upskill 4.0 to activate a specific course on Design Thinking from this year. Four classes of the first year of the courses of FinTech Software Developer, Cloud Specialist, ICT Security Specialist and Backend System Integrator will follow an in-depth study of the method accompanied by pm Selena Brocca, Elena Masi, Sofia Ressia and Michele Tagliavini.
On Thursday 10 March and Friday 11 March in Turin there were the first two lessons for project managers: an introduction to the method, what can be achieved with Design Thinking with some practical examples, what Empathy is and the first tools of this phase.
Upskill 4.0 is particularly proud of this initiative because it strongly believes that an inclusive educational approach can be promoted through Design Thinking. There are many forms of sensitivity and intelligence that our school system tends not to metabolise and which are enhanced by innovative design tools such as Design Thinking.
To sustain our businesses we need more intelligence, so we need to train young people in new techniques and new forms of discipline.
