What entrepreneurs like is not just the final prototypes, but the whole process of discovery that Upskill 4.0 projects lead to. From sharing moments of growth with other entrepreneurs to establishing dialogues with young people that allow you to think outside the box, growing is the watchword.
For Lorenzo Borsarini, all the meetings were fruitful; for Matteo Bressan of Camplin, perhaps the worst thing is precisely the discomfort felt by stepping out of one's over-century-old comfort zone, only to discover thanks to the students truly exceptional potential that is not so far to reach. Francesco Cassandrini reminded how young people are often belittled, but they are a real strategic and valuable resource for the business world in the area. For Simone Bernabé and Edoardo Garonzi of Cooperativa Sociale il Ponte, it was a great opportunity, now we just need to find the funds to continue!
The design solutions for the four companies in Verona
Lorenzo Borsarini - project manager Elena Masi and Sofia Mizzan with a team of students from Ca' Foscari University Venice
Borsarini 2.0: a bridge between past and future is the solution devised by the boys to provide Lorenzo and Luca Borsarini with a new model for communicating their work to bring young people closer to this fascinating and little-known world. The solution consists of a social plan, new visual identity for the company, and the creation of some social content to provide guidance on the themes and ways to use, so as to increase brand awareness and knowledge of the sector among young people.
In addition, the students have designed a contest to bring young students from art, vocational and ITS high schools closer to the company and its work. The contest involves a challenge between different schools to design a piece of furniture and an inlay to be applied, the winning group will have the opportunity to do an internship in the company and make and market the piece of furniture they designed. In this way, the company will have the opportunity to develop a line in which to affix their brand with characteristics closer to the young people.

Henry's report: a report in which we understand the habits of the Henry's (high earners not rich yet) with a special focus on how to bring this target audience who love quality and unique experiences closer to the Camplin world.
Camplin lifestyle: a proposed collaboration between related brands, specifically Camplin and Land Rover, through a digital installation in which the peacoat takes center stage.

Starting with Game On, a new collaborative video game to be included within lessons to support analog activities offered by teachers, the Cooperative will also provide Quizzes to test students' preparation and coach them on topics such as group dynamics and orientation. New activities will also include storytelling workshops, in which pupils can tell their stories and experiences, with a view to Bridging Stories also becoming a podcast to be exported throughout Italy, touring schools in all regions.
