Alice Cristiani, an ITS Servizi alle Imprese student from Rome, is in her second experience with Upskill projects. In her last project she worked, together with Dharam Muscas and Flavio Ponziani, on the project for Associazione Musica Nuova, the leading music school in Mantua.
In the project, she created a new communication strategy for the Association to enhance the 40th anniversary of its founding. In this journey, the methodology of design thinking greatly helped Alice and her colleagues meet the challenge posed by the Association.

Alice said: "In this second project, I understood even more how important it is to listen to the company's requirements and, before submitting proposals and building the prototype, do a thorough context analysis."
In fact, context analysis is the first step in the empathy phase of design thinking and consists of researching successful cases that can serve as a starting point for identifying interesting solutions and useful strategies for the enterprise.
For us at Upskill 4.0, it is a great satisfaction to see that not only did the students carry out an innovative project but that they also learned a working method that will be useful in their professional future.
