In Upskill 4.0 we spend a lot of time reading essays that can help us in our work. Everyone reads the one that most fits his or her own chords and then shares it with others. We would also like to share what we read with our community.
We read and analyzed the book Sprint: How To Solve Big Problems and Test New Ideas in Just Five Days, a book published in 2016 but still very relevant and useful (in March 2022, the book was also published in Italian).
The Design Sprint is a methodology designed to quickly, collaboratively and effectively solve a business challenge, turning a sketched idea into a validated prototype with real people in just 4 days.
It is a methodology that uses some of the principles of Design Thinking trying to achieve a solution in a very short time, five days, involving all the people responsible for the project: from company employees to managers to marketing and communication consultants.
We want to share with you the slides analyzing this book.
