A digital virtual reality tour for the Martina Vidal atelier

How to tell the art of lace to an international audience?
We tried with Upskill Venice to give a technological answer to this question.
On Friday, February 23, 2024, we presented a digital virtual reality tour of theMartina Vidal atelier.

There were several viable avenues after the presentation of the proposed prototype at the term of the second edition of Upskill Venice. These include continuing with a more familiar solution such as embedding a virtual tour on one's site, or developing a virtual reality experience with a visor to try in the Burano boutique.

Sergio Vidal has always been passionate about technology and believes strongly in innovation: he chose the most challenging path, and to do it with us. A strategic choice for business growth that goes beyond the simple use of technology but is based on the idea that today Italian craftsmanship must hybridize tradition with the new, exploring new frontiers.
He again relied on Upskill 4.0, which, in collaboration with Vitruvio Virtual Reality, created a virtual reality experience. The return of the result was made last Friday, and it is the first part of a much larger project that will bring Burano lace online to a new look.

For us at Upskill 4.0, this is perhaps the most important thing: to support companies in building a distinctive brand image, to improve the customer experience, and to make the high quality of products perceived even more through more sophisticated design processes.
