"This is not the end point of the project, but rather the starting point for implementing the proposed solutions," this was the comment of Claudio Floritelli, marketing manager of Floritelli Kitchens, when students from theITS Umbria Academy presented him with the final solution to his challenge, namely being able to reach new Italian and international customers by exploring new immersive technologies to communicate the uniqueness of his product.
Students with Elena Masi have elaborated "Dynamic Kitchens. Explore the power of transformation", a dynamic and interactive virtual tour that will allow users to immerse themselves in a company showroom right from home.

This is just one of six prototypes presented last week at the conclusion of the second edition of Upskill Perugia, an initiative promoted by Perugia Foundation and Upskill 4.0 with the aim of promoting the connection between the young generation and businesses in the area.
The project involved 60 students from theITS Umbria Academy who enthusiastically embraced the challenges set by the six territorial entities involved, namely Floritelli Cucine, Italiani SRL, Calzetti&Mariucci Editori, Tenute Baldo, Persichetti Stampi and Nexo Corporation.
Over the past 5 months, following the Design Thinking methodology, Upskill 4.0 project managers guided students in putting into practice the creative solutions that were presented in the final event.

In addition to the prototype made for Floritelli Kitchens, for Italiani srl was proposed by students, supervised in this case by Gizem Al, "Secret Recipe", an online and offline communication strategy to enhance the brand and omnichannel shopping experiences to engage customers.
For Baldo Estates student attention with Elena Masi e Alessandro Proto always went to communication, and new formats were identified to expand the B2B customer network and B2C community, the "Baldo wineXperience".
For Persichetti Molds students with Olga Popa came up with an effective market launch strategy for a new environmentally sustainable product, making BreaKIT, a spin-off created within Persichetti Stampi, which offers everyday products to accompany customers on their more responsible breaks.
For Calzetti&Mariucci it was made again with Olga Popa SCORE. Social COmmunication for REsults., a communication strategy to increase the company's brand awareness, which is based on rebranding, a new offline and social presence.
Finally, for Nexo Corporation, students with Gizem Al have built a platform to simplify the use of artificial intelligence services in the translation industry.
To foster the continuity of the Upskill Perugia project, and thus to realize the prototypes described during the final presentation, over the next six months each enterprise will be joined by a student thanks to a grant provided by the Perugia Foundation. The role of the students, again with the guidance of Upskill 4.0, will be to support the enterprise in the study of the realization of the prototypes made.
