Giving space to heritage with a digital archive

The archive as a tool for promoting the diversity of artisanal production

Laboratorio Paravicini is a reference point in Milan for contemporary artisan ceramics, where tradition and creativity come together. Each object is born from unique craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to personalization. The workshop is not only a place of production, but also a space open to the fusion of art, design, and culture: an environment that inspires customers, collaborators, and visitors, transforming the memory of the past into energy for the future. Today, the vast thirty-year production must be promoted and made accessible to customers online.

80%
of sales to customers in the luxury sector are influenced by digital technology.

Personalized products, tailor-made services, and exclusive experiences are among the main drivers of growth in the luxury sector. A new customer journey can accompany customers in creating their own personalized collection.

The challenge: growing in the luxury sector by focusing on personalization

For Laboratorio Paravicini, which has made uniqueness and hand decoration its stylistic hallmark, focusing the growth of its brand on bespoke and tailor-made projects may seem like a natural evolution.

The challenge we faced during the Artigiani 4.0 acceleration program was precisely to meet the needs of customers who are not satisfied with catalog offerings, who are looking for uniqueness and involvement in the creative process in order to enjoy an exclusive experience that leads them to own a truly customized product. Offering them this opportunity means going beyond simple sales: building a personal relationship, creating shared value, and consolidating a unique bond between the brand and those who choose it.

The solution: heritage as a strategic lever

The solution developed for Laboratorio Paravicini introduces a new customer journey that combines an interactive digital archive and an emotional video, accessible from the Heritage section of the website.

This journey highlights the workshop's 35 years of craftsmanship, inviting customers to discover the richness of past and present collections, which can be filtered by color, shape, and technique, and to save their favorite pieces in a personal area to start a direct dialogue with the company. The goal is to inspire even the most demanding customers to create personalized collections, while strengthening the brand's usability, scalability, and growth.

For Laboratorio Paravicini, investing in an exclusive and personalized experience in tailor-made projects means transforming each creation into a unique story to be experienced and shared together.
